The two younger sisters are Karin and Yuzu. Karin is the one with the black hair and Yuzu is the one with the blond hair.

As for spiritual power, Karin takes that. She was able to sense how scared a little boy was in one of the episodes. And he was a spirit! So yep. As for Yuzu. She has the more motherly characteristics. She does all the cooking and cleaning and such. =)
