You need to use a Gif Making program for that.
Programs like Flash MX are good for it (Flash can make Gif files)
Too bad Flash is pretty costly to buy :P

i use adobe image ready
well i dont use it but i have it
i use ps 7.0 i got cs but i havent intsalled it yet

image ready is easier to figure out than photoshop ^^'

photoshop is great...just love the stuff....but I still have trouble using the lasso...lol...I sometimes get lost aobut all the functions of it...and get owned...and plus...my mouse handling skills are set to 'frag' mode...not on photoshop mode...so their like..edgy..and stuff....
