Zero had a new mission already, which was odd, he would rarely get two missions in a row like that. He packed his things and was off to the east. Zero did not have complete information on what he had to do, "You will receive the rest of your mission briefing when you reach Paris VIA your cellphone." It would not take him long to get to Paris from where he was. After all unlike the rest of the public who only had old pick up trucks and motorcycles, Zero had a government automobile. He could reach Paris within a few days if he left immediately, which he did.
Upon arriving in Paris, he had received an sms stating that he was there to survey an assassination that had taken place on a low ranking government official. The scene was pathetic. The assassination was successful, however the assassin must have been an amateur. There was signs of skill, however he had overconfidence. There was precision in the way he murdered some of the body guards, however he was unprepared.
Nonetheless looking around the room there was alcohol, drugs, and random womens clothing. The official was most likely corrupt. Since that was the case, there would be no need for Zero to pursue the assassin, it would be a waste of time. The assassin was not worth time nor the effort. He had actually done the government a favor. Although the waste of human lives was unforgivable, the body guards could have easily been sparred. The lack of care of human life had disgusted Zero. Zero had always taken out his targets, even to this day he had yet to kill someone that was not his target. He had a 0 casualty policy.

Zero sent his report back to Se7en HQ, He was relieved of duty for the day. Zero had nothing to do, he was not needed back at head quarters just yet. "What should I do?" He thought to himself. He left the room and ordered a clean up. "I guess I'll scout out the town, do some research on who ordered the hit, and maybe find out who the assassin was. He told himself that it didn't matter, but he couldn't find himself to accept that. For some unknown reason he wanted to find this assassin.
