The room was black. Nothing could be seen, there was not even a single hint of light. It was nothing new to Zero, he had been in this room so many times keeping count would useless. There were more than 3 voices in the room, there had been at least 5 people, Yet again, that had no relevance. He was just there to get his next mission, his next target. The voices had spoken, he had been given his order. Zero turned around and a door into a dark hallway had opened. He left the room with out ever turning around. He was headed back to his room to get his equipment, his target was given the death sentence. Zero had no opinion on the people, he just executed his missions by executing people.
As he reached his room he had picked up his equipment and began to leave the complex. It be like any other day, find the target the government deemed dangerous and take him out. He resented death, however taking the lives of the individuals would secure the safety of every other human. The government was preventing anymore wars and were attempting to create safety. Zero was just doing his part in creating a new peaceful world.

This mission would be no different from the numerous missions he has already taken care of. It would be a simple assassination. He had already gotten the targets possible locations. Thankfully it was not to far from the city. It was yet another rebel, who sought to make a personal profit off of rebellions in the area. These people where the worst. These are the people who fueled the rebels for personal profits. Men like that did not deserve to live, they were the source of the problem. "It was useless to sit and think about such things" Zero said to himself. "The man is about to die in the next hour." With that said Zero spotted a middle aged, fat, balding man, in flashy clothing. Sitting around with a bunch of colleagues, it would seem.

Zero was not the run of the mill hired assassin. He was a government assassin. He had access to whatever he needed. Se7eN went to Zero when they NEEDED something done. If an assassination was not important they would not bother to come to one of their elites. The government had plenty of hired assassins. Hired assassins where used for non-important personal. Just people who generally needed to be killed. Zero was one of the few assassins who where raised to be assassins. Out of the original 9 assassins only 4 remained in service . Zero, Four, Seven, and Nine. One and two had betrayed the government and are still on the run. The other three had all been killed. 3 had been assassinated by Zero himself. The others had been killed in the line of duty.

Zero set up his SSV-58 on the roof of an abandon building. He could get a clear view over looking the Cafe where this "Merchant of death" was. He had his target in sight. Nothing was obstructing his view, he was not to do anything to any of the colleagues, he had no orders to touch them. This man would be the example. A loud crack was heard the 50. cal bullet had left rifle and took the mans head clear off of his neck. Blood was everywhere. The impact from the bullet to the mans headed was like an explosion. There was brain and skill fragments all over the table and on his colleagues. Blood had sprayed everywhere. His mission was accomplished. He had no reason to stay and witness what events would take place after. Zero took his sniper and left. It was time to return to Se7eN head quarters.
