Weapons: Two Desert Eagles and two short blades.
Houshu found his foster father's desert eagles in his collection of guns. He was fascinated by the guns and constantly deconstructed and reconstructed the parts until he knew the gun inside and out. After searching various lands for similar parts he was able to construct his own mock-up version of the gun.

History: Grew up an orphan, traveling from place to place to find new home. Most of the families he lived with were poor, so he learned how to survive and fend for himself due to their teachings. One family he lived with, was a well-off rich family. And the head of the family was a former general for the military. He learned how to make guns, and repair electronic equipment and even modify it. After that, he moved to a small town south of Aqua city and became a parts dealer and repairman.
