I like it a lot better, but you should try blending in the image a little more, or at least balancing the colors so it looks more natural. As it is, it looks like you just made a background and dropped a random render on it. The render needs to be a part of the background.

Really? I thought the render blended well stock because of the reddish glow on his shirt. I intentionally put the brightest part of the sig behind him to make it look like the light was reflecting off him a bit. Thanks a lot for your comments. XD

I like this one better than your first one. Great effect.

The background is nice.
But as Sathe said... you should try blending the render a bit more.
