I am making this quick tutorial off the top of my head so excuse me if its a bit sloppy. And im making this because aot of people don't know how to do this. So I hope you guys enjoy this!

Now if you want to change your tool bar etc to look more slick and sexy.
Then you want to download Windows Blind
you can download it here.

Now once you have windows blind installed
then browse for skins you like here

then once you download it look around and a box should come up then it will tell you what to click.
The your new skin will install and BAM you have a new sexy skin enjoy!

I never really liked these things but cool tut.

I already know how to do that... lol. But good tut. =D
