i like it
don't like the border too much, i go for the 1px black line, don't like anythin thicker than that but thats just me
the black swirls get in the way of the image, lower the opacity or set them to overlay/soft light then duplicate layers, or just get rid of them
the cyan part could be toned down to match with the purple a bit more
all this is just my opinion =p
but overall yea, its pretty rad =O

If you changed the color of the black swirls, it would be sexy. When you lighten up the pic or the whole sig, try to make it focus on the pic so it stands out more.
