This movie was a piece of shit. Even my brother, who hasn't read the books, agreed. It wasn't just that they left everything out, including cities, characters, battles, etc., but it moved super fast and had a few terrible actors in it.

From a reader's point of view it almost seemed like the creators didn't even read the books. I can say for certain that they didn't read the second book, because they left out some very important things in the movie that will make it impossible for the sequel to be anything even remotely related to the book.

NOOOo. i was looking forward to the movie for like 3 years. when i first read it i was crazy about it. i thought it was the greatest book ever. i complained to my friends about wanting an eragon movie.. and then i found out there was one and i waited like.. 2 years for it? and now i'm told its shit... *sulks*

yeah same here I was going to watch it the previews looked tight but G4 said its a crap tastic movie and so is everyone else. To bad though :waah:
