yes but im asking about this contest, he said no images, no renders, no vectors, no custom brushes, so doesn't that cancel out like.. everything except default brushes on photoshop and filters?

amy, its a judge of filters ^^ how well you can take stock brushes, and manipulate them by usign the filters
