| Who now, the what huh? |
Dan "The Automator" Nakamura was the original producer/co-founder of sorts, for the Gorillaz. After their de-but album in 2001, however, he left the band. I forgot why though.
I just wonder if he'll ever come back. He helped produced not just the songs but with the animation for the music videos. (I.E.: Clint Eastwood, 5/4, and other ones.)

Gorillaz is a virtual band from the UK, that sold about 6 million copies with their first album, Gorillaz, and with their 2nd album, become extermly popular in the U.S. (they were already fairly well known, but when Demon Days, originally thought to be called, Reject False Icons, was released they were projected into stardom) Last year or so they were nominated for over 5 grammys and won one of them. They have many hit singles, the most well-known of which being, Feel Good Inc. Which you must of heard of at least once!

Old topic... but I'd just like to say I love the remix of 19-2000. Epescially when it's used in the music video "Jamming with Edward." Cowboy Bebop combined with Gorillaz.
Brilliant. Such a fun song, just can't sit still when you listen to it.

Isn't 19-2000 more famous than that one? <_<
