Hello everyone, I have decided to start something along the lines of a class you could call it I will be posting a tut weekly and hopping for some people to improve on there current skills and such, I will start for the basics for those who are new to Photoshop.
Class is now in session

Lesson One will be up shortly please have some patience.

class might just take awhile to get prepared lol cause real class is being a pain in the ass and giving an 5 page essay in the first week of school

Can other people contribute to this class so that there won't be so much spam?

(. . .just as soon as you get the first lesson up. . .get it up. . .Course I just had to write a 5 page essasy too. . .and it was a pain to do. Getting one on the first day that is.)

alrite since im not really gunna have time to make tuts and stuff just start asking questions and i'll answer them and show examples or try atleast

i want you guys to make sigs some one once a week make a sig then i wil improve on post a psd and something like a tut one how i fixed it

Alot of people cant even make sigs.. so give a idea of what you want dude.

any sig at all like if u gave me
ur current sig i would fix it and post the psd and tell you what i did to it and how to do that
so this is for all noob sig makers
im not gunna teach you how to use PS

First atempt with Kayos. After looking at the PSD and some things he said to me over msn, my next sig will be better. I made the first.. Kayos just added to it in the 2nd one.

I guess the basics first. All I know how to do on photoshop is us the paint thingy and draw lines and paste pictures. So anything from there on would be good.

Well, there are dozens of tutorials out there. There's nothing we can teach you that isn't already out there. all it takes is a simple google search: "photoshop tutorials", "how to use photoshop", "photoshop help". You can try worth1000.com. I mean, its pretty much all step-by-step stuff. You just have to try it out. Experiment with stuff. I'm not going to go out of my way to make a tutorial for you if you haven't even tried to find stuff on your own.

okay, I learned how to draw hair yesterday. Mine was crapy compared to the original one but at least I got the concept.
I learned how to draw realistic looking water. Mine was exactly the same as the original one so that one went well. I also tried to learned the bubble but I got kinda stuck.

It said to put use gray scale. I did that. Then it said that it would be easier to draw a bubble on a black area using a white/graysih color. I painted the background black first, but then i could use white on it. The white color just wouldn't appear. so the question is "is there any way to change the background without using the paint brush or the bucket since if I use those two method, I can't use the white color on them"

and one more thing. When I was learning how to draw the hair. At first I drew the shape of the head, then I colored in the hair. When I colored it in, you could still see the line of the skull. The paintbrush didn't fully cover up the drawing of the head. And when I tried to color my head, everytime the brush overlapped an earlier paint, the color stacks up and form a new color. some help on that too please.
