Though not many people play this, I know, but I love it. Bought it by accident two years ago, and I love it somehow. I did mention about this once, on the other board when we're off topic. They have a total of 10 danmaku shooting games, and 1 doujin fighting game. Other than that, they also got other games but is not included inside the series. The one I've played is TH7, Perfect Cherry Blossom, danmaku shooting game, and TH7.5, Immaterial and Missing Power, the only doujin fighting game in the series. And now, they've already had TH9.5... Sigh... I couldn't get it here. >< Well anyways, if anyone doesn't know about danmaku shooting games or doujin fighting games, here's a screenshot of danmaku shooting game.



The picture on top is the extra stage of Perfect Cherry Blossom, and the biggest boss, Yukari Yakumo. It's actually called bullet hell. Hit one of the things and you're dead. =P

For TH8.0, you are able to use two characters at a time. Each team is made up of one human and one youkai, except the ghost team, which is made up of one half human half ghost, and one ghost, which is Youmu and Yuyuko's team.

And that, during the game they will have a time limit, so collect all the small blue things to extend your time. In TH7.0, you can focus your shooting powers by pressing Shift. But in this game, if you want to focus your power, press Shift too, but it will change to the youkai version.

Example: If you're using Marisa and Alice, without pressing Shift, you're using Marisa, with Shift pressed, you're changed into Alice.

And X button is for bomb. In Touhou games, it's normally used for times when you can't escape the bullets released by the enemy. For the bombing system, it's also divided into focused or not focus. Same with TH7.0, but just like the bullets, when you pressed Shift, it changed into the youkai version, and gives out the youkai's bomb. Without focus, the human's bomb. Some character's bomb is for offending the enemy, but some is only used for sucking the enemy's bomb so that you wouldn't die.

Yeah I talk a lot.

Is that a challenge? Casue if I have to I'll use the song that never ends, one of the ultimate weapons in talkage and spamage.

Erm... The only game in the series that can be played online with other players in TH9.0, the second newest game, Phantamasgoria of Flower View. And erm... I can't find that trial.

Oh my god, EoSD is really hard. I still can't beat it without continuing for hard. >.< Yeah, I'm a noob.

I can't beat it without continuing on Normal.

:hehe: Well, maybe it's because of my constant playing of EoSD few months ago when I first got it. At first, I couldn't even defeat Sakuya in easy mode, even if I continued.

I could get past Sakuya on my second try on Normal... (I've never tried on Easy. :P)
But i had 0 Lifes and 0 Bombs left afterwards. Still got quite far in Remilia's cards thanks to the extra life i picked up in the final stage.
Oh well. At least she doesn't have Scarlet Gensokyo in Normal...

But god damn.
Kaguya is a wuss when compared to Yuyuko and Remilia. :P
Even Eirin is harder than Kaguya is. XD

Hmm... I think Yuyuko is okay too... And yeah, Kaguya is easy. XD
Oh and, I am so disappointed for not playing Shoot the Bullet yet. *sigh* Can't find the download or the CD here.
