My god, this movie now holds the record for highest grossing film in the first weekend. OVER 200 MILLION DOLLARS! IN IT'S FIRST WEEKEND! The highest grossing film of all, Spiderman, didn't make that much until the very end of it's period on the big screen. It's very likely that this will be the highest grossing film ever before this week is over. I saw it, and it was good, but not THAT good. (Not good enough to make that much money in it's first weekend, maybe overall, but in the first weekend, no way)

Meanwhile, Superman Returns, the highest costing film to make (at over 200 something million i believe) makes a staggering 50 million in it's first weekend. Can I say biggest flop in movie history?

You know they got that much money cause all thsoe little fangirls wanted to see Jhonny Depp and Oralando Bloom together again. ^^; I liked the first movie and I'm gonna see the second myself but that's most certainly the reason it made that much. I've never liked Superman though. o_O Always been a Batman and X-men fan. So I'm not gonna see that one.

I'm gonna watch pirates of the caribbean 2 too about this weekend or the next weekend. And I never like superman, I hate things like "Fight for justice"... And I'm a X-Men fan. ^^

I saw it. I loved it. I'm not your typical fangirl, but when it comes to this, I think I do fit into fangirl category. I don't like Orlando Bloom. I laugh at Orlando Bloom. He did make a pretty good Legolas, though. But I think Elijah Wood is cuter...

Anyway. I didn't think I'd like this one because the supernatural element was so much stronger than it was in the first one, but I think I might've liked it better than the first. It didn't come on too strongly with the monsters, and the cg was done well. The story was more engaging, and Elizabeth wasn't as much of a prissy little good for nothing bitch.

I did notice that Johnny had more eyeliner on this time, though.

Of course I'll buy it. I'll buy it as soon as it comes out. But I don't think I can wait that long to see it again, so I'll probably see it on some Tuesday after the craze has cooled down a little bit. FOR FREE. HAHAHAHAHAHA.

The last guy had a pretty small part in the movie (one line lol). at least he had a big one in the first and he's going to in the third.

The best in box office and worst in box office are both related to treasure and both were made by Disney...

I loved DMC alot, it was much better than the first one and johnny depp was alot funnier on this one than the other one.
Special Effects were first class and Davey Jones was so awesome looking. What a Champion!
