Title: TWILIGHT ZONE MARATHON

WOOT! This show rocks, you know the old 70s version with Rod Sterling, not the shitty 2000 version with that black dude whose name I forgot. Anyone else seen TZ? There's a marathon of it right now on the Sci-Fi channel.

Just recently had the episode where this kids grandmother gives him a phone that she says he'll be able to communicate with her whenever he wants. Well, she dies and the kid start to "talk to himself" in his room, his parents get suspiscious and ask who, he says "Grandma". And so on and so forth, the show ends and there was some moral of some sort which forgot.

What's your favorite episode?
Mine would have to be the first episode that aired. "Where is Everybody?" (which was back in 1960 something I think) Basically some guy wakes up in the middle of no where. Finds a town and starts to panic because there's no one there. He starts to freak out, he sees a manquin in a car, the bookstores only book in stock ironically enough is called "The Last Man On Earth", and then the cinema starts to play by itself. The lights go all weird and shit and he basically goes insane from being alone. Then at the end turns out that he was in some machine, training for when he is to go to the moon. Well, actually now that I think about theres tons I like equally.

"The Devil and Ms. (something. . .)"

That one involving the kid sending people to "the cornfield"

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" (think that was the name)

The one where that guy sees a creature tearing up the side of the plane, and it turns out he was right (that was the one with William Shatner wasn't it? Or maybe I'm confusing him with someone else)

The one where this guy only wishes to read and when he finally has all the time in the world to read (due to everyone else dying, from a bomb or something like that) His glasses break, oh fate sure is creul

"The Monsters on Maple Street"- I love this one because it shows how easilly man is his own undoing

"The Devils Creek"

And a whole shitload more. . .I rambled again, didn't I? Oh well, I love that show. Anyone else watch it?

I've been watching it since it started. I've always liked the old Twighltight Zone though I've never seen the new one. One of my favorites is the one where the earth is moving closer to the sun and then she wakes up to find it was a dream but she doesn't know yet that the earth is really moving away from the sun. That one was on yesterday I think. There's also the very popular Hitler one and the doll one. I've always like those two. It's old but it's still good. I like the oddity of it all.

Ahh, yes the Hitler one, I remember that one.

But what doll one? There's at least 3 or so dealing with dolls, and another 3 that involve puppets.

The one where this guy keeps trying to break it or get rid of it but it always comes back. XP I haven't seen that one in forever. I wonder if they played it before I found out about the marathon.

Ahh yes that one, that one creeped me out.
"Monsters on Maple Street" was on recently, love that one. You know when Maple Street loses it's electricity and even the cars can't work. Eventually they all start to go crazy because of a kid saying that it's aliens. The lights and other random things start to work and and they all eventually just kill each other. Then at the end it turns out it is aliens. Course the message there was that humans can easily kill each other. . .or something like that. Too bad though, I think the marathon's over. . .now I gotta wait till noon or some bogus time like that to watch it. Bah humbug

I like the show.. My fav. ep is "The Eye Of The Beholder"

Where the girl has the bandage's on and you dont see the doctors face untill you find out hers is normal and everyone else is ugly.. and they all call her ugly.
