For the past four years instead of suspending people, I just talk with them a lot.
And if they don't want to talk suspend them.
Usually communication solved the problems. Or at least, the sites that I moded all those years back. God, I was so awesome. *reminisces*

How could talking to someone stop them from acting the way they were? Unless you happen to know the person, it would be impossible to do so! Unless you were to use some type fo psychology on them, besides it's still impossible, people are just to stubborn to do so.
