What is your first Anime you got into?

wow, it was maybe 10 years ago or more. it was either sailor moon or dragonball z. probably sailor moon. heh, i was at that age where girls in skirts were very interesting. :haha: plus, i like magic and stuff. XD

come to think of it, I'm still interested in girls in skirts. :haha:

well the first anime that got me hooked on anime was the movie akira, great movie, watched anime ever since.

That was a good ten years ago.
Hated it though.
Wasn't until Gundam wing that I liked anime. Then I rewatched eva a good five years back and loved it.
Eva's been my favorite ever since.

Family Guy is not an anime.

Family guy isn't even close to anime, that's an animated american comedy, anime is japanese animation. There's a difference between american and japanese, Family Guy would never be considered anime.

Another Anime I first got into was Card Captors.

Mine was really Outlaw Star. I still watch it today.

If you don't count Pokemon or Digimon, I think Bleach really did it for me.

yeah if you dont count the ones they show on commercial tv here, (ie pokemon dbz digimon etc) then i think it was either love hina or getbackers.

Thundercats or Voltron, was it? I rememer I saw Samurai Pizza Cats. So whichever of those came out first. Then Sailor Moon and DBZ. Those are the ones that really got me hooked cause I didn't know those first three were anime til later. XP

I haven't played it in a good 10 years either, but I never thought it was that bad.
I just couldnt' stand the anime and cards.
Even when I was 6 I could easily tell that them damn things were just there to make money for some dumb asswhipe I didn't care about.

The games were decent, but the anime sucked. I'm pretty sure I have an old copy of red lying around somewhere.
