Go to www.savetheinternet.com and sign the petition to disgreese with the motion before congress that would make the 1st amendment un-applicable to the internet. That's right, they could take very extreme steps when censoring, VERY extreme.

By a technicality, the Internet is "The Press", so if they do that... I'll just go to D.C. and go on a random killing spree.

Well, this is a rather extreeme action to be sure.
But even as bluently appethietical as it is, look at all the congressmen that have already voted for it.

I'm scared. If this amendment is passed officers will be able to pass fines or even jail time towards those that are creating the dis-subsiding content of the internet.

*nods* An annoying thought, to be sure. But denying us this is... against the law in itself, which is what's REALLY getting to me.
