Double posting is a form of spam and going off topic and not staying on the topic. Asking obvious questions when u know the answer already is spam also. Not following Netiquette is spam.

Spam is really just posts that are irrelevant or unncessary. Usually people spam to get a high post count at some sites so they have more priveleges.
