It's the most popular manga in Shojo Beat. Two girls, both named Nana. Nana Komatsu is as girly as they come and has horrible luck with guys. Nana Osaki is the lead singer in the band Blast, or the Black Stones. They both meet by chance on a train, both on their way to Tokyo--Nana Komatsu to follow her boyfriend, and Nana Osaki to forge a new road without hers. They become good friends while the train is stuck in the snow, but once they reach Tokyo, they go their seperate ways. But then when Nana Komatsu is looking for a place to live, she finds that someone else is already looking at the place she has her eye on. Can you guess who? What began as a random meeting on a train turns into a strong and healthy relationship that can withstand anything.
