Ok I saw this anime a while back but i can't remember the name.

It starts with an A and is about some girl who is really advanced in military. Her father was a big military hero and her mom a major scientist. There is one city left and the rest tarnished to nothing and she has a syrum to something. There is a councel of hold dudes that float on these crafts around a big...AI thingy but they are really corrupt. and her old comrad is a robot that is now helping her. Both parents are dead and she doesn't remember where the syrum is until she sees a vid of when her mom died or something. Anyone know what it is?
