There is an upside and a downside to how this anime could turn out...

The upside is that its made by Production.IG. The Downside is that it will be released on the internet (its a ONA), and ONA's have a reputation of being bad.

Though the trailer looks more like a music video. The installer is in Japanese but you should still be able to understand it. Run the Installer and extract the movie file into the desired directory.
