could you make a new banner approximately the size of the current banner, but is a darker colored theme so it fits the new skin color. Use whatever pictures you like, and have the words 'Anime HeadQuarterZ', or 'AnimeHQZ', or 'AHQZ', whichever one fits. Animated or not animated, you choose.

Edit -- if you can, could you guys also change the pictures at the bottom of the main page, the 'online users' and 'upcoming events' etc. pictures? to something more darkish, and not bigger than how big they are already. Thanx!!

Edit again -- More stuff.. could you also make online/offline buttons that show up on the left of each post? the ones we have right now wont fit :P

alright, but Kayos, can you edit those pics you just put up to have a tiny transparent border on the left and right? coz i tried it on a test forum and they're stuck together with no gap so it doesn't look good :P

The kid with the sword is Tenchi, if I'm not mistaken... Which I may be, seeing as I haven't seen that show in years.

i started working on it about when this topic was made cuz lim said he was gonna change the layout and he needed a new banner. so i told him to post this so others could try making one. i started out by looking at the skin to get the right color for the bg and did many experiments for one until i got that one. then the rest of the night i looked for pics to use. that took up the majority of the time. i also had to look for a couple more saturday morning. i had to go christmas shopping that day so when i got back it was nighttime and got a few pics cropped, resized, and put into the banner. sunday afternoon is when i finished up the pics to put in the banner and did any adjustments needed. so, it took maybe 15 hours total in 3 days. thats a very rough guess by the way.

yeah, thats tenchi. his sword wasnt fully lit and that was the only good pic i could find at the moment so i just added blue and gave it a glow.

From left to right they are: Sesshomaru(Inuyasha), Sakura(Naruto), Kuroneko(Trigun), Tenchi(one of the Tenchi series), and someone from Star Ocean. I dont know who she is exactly, sorry. I just picked her cuz shes cute and i like her sword.

ok hrmM... seriously, the thing is perfect, the only thinkg i dont like is the 'HQZ' :P the background is heaps cool as well :) please, please, change the HQZ to another font or something if you still can :P

edit: yep people, we are still accepting entries, the more the better, and we still need:

• cant think what else, that will do for now :P
